We're excited to re-introduce ourselves and share with you what we are up to. Run by seasoned professionals with decades of industry experience, AEP America has set out to provide better service and better products to better serve our clients needs. We have worked hard the last couple of years to rebuild our process, drawings, software, communications, and team to deliver results for our clients and brands. Our architects, engineers, permit specialists, and supporting staff specialize in streamlining the design process for restaurants and other multi-unit models.

AEP’s Work Leads to 2 Grand Opening’s and a New Build!

Plano, Texas, a large suburb the Dallas market is known for its recent growth and family friendly environment, that was just ranked Fourth Best City in the U.S. to Raise a Family (#1 in Texas) by WalletHub. AEP America, the design firm that is quickly becoming a powerhouse for the architectural needs of America’s restaurant brands, was proud to work with the city of Plano and our client teams to develop 3 new restaurants for the growing families of Plano.

Ready for a tasteful adventure? Franchisee Allan Yang, joined forces with AEP America to design our first of many Yogurtland projects. Get your spoons ready and drop in for a visit at 1900 Preston Rd, Suite #108. it's gonna be sweet!

Let's talk power trios. Michael Greco and AEP America have teamed up on multiple projects. Now we are thrilled to congratulate Michael and his team on the grand opening of our Jersey Mike’s at 3100 Independence Pkwy, Suite 102B, Plano, TX. The construction was led by PEC Construction, where Gregg and Elliott did another fantastic job. We’ve worked with PEC numerous times on multiple brands and now they're conquering Plano in tandem with Michael to bring Jersey Mike’s to Plano’s hungry locals!

And there's more sizzling excitement on the horizon! AEP has partnered with the franchisee, David Howell to bring you the mouthwatering sensation of Fajita Petes in Plano, TX! Get ready to indulge in sizzling fajitas, zesty flavors, and a vibrant atmosphere. Stay tuned for updates on this tantalizing project, as AEP designs this new dining experience that will leave the people of Plano’s taste buds dancing with joy.

What's New and Where

Santikos Slabs Yet Another Strip Mall

The property arm of Santikos Real Estate Services, Santikos Real Estate, plans to build a shopping center in northwestern San Antonio, TX worth around $50 million. The project will consist of a minimum of two buildings and will be a total 21,300 square feet. The project has plans to be completed by the end of November and is said to be located at 6010 UTSA Boulevard.

This large-scale retail development is expected to do well, as San Antonio is a region that - due to its heavy presence of stable industries like military and healthcare - many market observers believe will continue to grow despite the economic challenges seen by much of the USA in recent years. AEP America is very familiar with the recent developmental boom in the San Antonio area, as we have completed dozens of commercial projects over the last few years, specifically at Alamo Ranch Shopping Center and Arbor Park Shopping Centers.
